If your laptop`s touch pad cursor does not work when you log in to your user account ,try the solution below:
Step 1.Press the windows logo key on you keyboard and type the word “mouse”
Step 2.The search window will show the results for your
search, now use your down key(arrow
pointing downwards) on your keyboard to move to “settings” right below the search box and
press enter. Search Results for the settings
involving the keyword “mouse” will appear
Step 3:using your keyboard arrows move to “Change mouse settings” and press enter
Step 4 :On your keyboard there is a key(Tab Key) with two
arrows (one pointing left and other pointing right) ,usually found on the
extreme left of your keyboard. Keep
pressing this key until you get to the “Buttons”
tab
Step 5: use right keyboard arrow to move to the “Device
settings” tab (pressing the right arrow
5 times will get you to the “Device settings” tab)
Step 6: On your keyboard there must be a key with two arrows
(one pointing left and other pointing right),use this to move to the “enable
” button and press enter .
Step 7: Use the key again to move to the “ apply “ button at
the bottom ,press enter and your mouse
should start working .
